Those are some tiny shoes to fill. But the Bertie does it with ease. It's why only Victorian apples are used, which are hand-picked and cold-pressed to create a crisp, delicious cider that's small on sugar but big on taste. And it's why the same apples we eat at home are used, like Red Galas and Sundowners. Because true apple cider shouldn't taste like apple cordial with booze and bubbles. It should taste like Colonial's Bertie Apple Cider.
