Swan Valley Wines Sparkling Chenin Blanc Borghesi Metodo Naturelle
The label itself is a replica of the original wine made from the Estate vineyard in the 1940’s by the original owner of Swan Valley Wines- Mr Oscar Borghesi.
He planted the first Chenin Blanc vines our our property with the intention of producing incredible sparkling wine.
This is a unique and rare wine, offering a glimpse into WA’s winemaking heritage and the cultural identity of immigrants from Northern Italy.
A traditional ‘methode champenoise’- it is a wine to savour and enjoy over special or everyday celebrations.
Great with homemade sausage rolls, as suggested by Mike Bennie.
