Good white creamy mousse with pale gold base wine colour and very fine bead showing good persistence. The nose displays aromas of grapefruit, citrus, lees and light toast.
Clean and crisp with an almost creamy like texture the palate displays flavours of citrus and lees followed by some light cashew and toast characters. Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of citrus, cashew and light toast.
