Located in SA's award winning McLaren Vale Region, Hardys are part of the largest wine group in the world and focus on producing consistent quality wines true to their fruit variety characters through old and new world techniques.
One of Australia's favourite bargain sparklings, and has been for quite some time.
Sir James is an important and iconic name within the Hardys stable that continues to produce bubbles of clean structural balance with lovely textural nuances.
Light straw with a green hue. Crystal clear with fine persistent bead. A bouquet of lifted citrus, white flowers, Bosc pear, green apple with butter/toast aromas. Stonefruit and citrus flavours. Soft and creamy in a dry style with a crisp natural acid finish.
