Join us for an exclusive L.A.S. Vino Masterclass and discover a bold, contemporary side of Margaret River through the wines of Nic Peterkin. Standing for Luck, Art & Science, L.A.S. Vino combines curiosity, creativity and thoughtful winemaking with a philosophy of minimal intervention and maximum flavour, working with sustainably, organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards wherever possible. This guided tasting will explore a selection of Nic’s distinctive wines, from expressive single-vineyard Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon to more adventurous varieties and blends, offering a fascinating look at how he pushes the boundaries of traditional Margaret River winemaking while still allowing vineyard and place to shine. Expect an engaging evening of seriously good wines, unexpected flavours and a fresh perspective on one of Australia’s great wine regions.
