Join us for the launch of our Gin club. If you didnt know, gin has become the big craze in spirits, seeing growth all over the world. It also seems that everyone and their dog are distilling gin, and its quite simply because gin is one of the easiest spirits to distill as it can be made from almost anything. Unless of course you are adding botanicals, creating something exciting and new or distilling the gin several times, to create a smoother or stronger gin. With that in mind we thought we'd start a gin club, where we sample and compare different gins from different distillers from Australia and the World. For our first ever gin club we will have open;

• Gin Mare Mediterranian Gin (Spanish Gin distilled from Olives, Thyme, Rosemary and Basil)
• Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin (Australian Gin, made by infusing Yarra Valley shiraz grapes into their famour Rare Dry Gin)
• Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin (Autralian Botanical Gin - Highly acclaimed and Awarded considered Australia best Dry/Botanical Gin)
• Brookies Byron Sloe Gin (Australian Brookie’s Byron Slow Gin is the first of its kind showcasing a unique rainforest fruit native to the subtropical region of Byron Bay, the Davidson Plum - used in many cocktails)
• Botanist Islay Botanical Gin (Scotland botanical Gin - From a region famous for its whisky, the Scots are also known for one of the worlds most famous gins Hendricks. However this gin takes hendricks lovers to the next level with its unique 22 Scottish Botanicals).
