Tasting Panel Edition #18
about

Talijancich is owned and operated by James and Hilda Talijancich.  James is third-generation winemaker specialising in premium estate and biodynamically wines made exclusively from Swan Valley fruit. The vineyard which is now over 90 years old, uses biodynamic practices under Rudolf Steiner’s principles. With unirrigated bush vines that survive on their own accord, they stand as a testament to the commitment to sustainable viticulture. The vineyard is registered under the Swan Valley 'Old Vine' Charter.

The handcrafted portfolio includes award-winning table wines, ie Verdelho and 'old vine’ Shiraz and the best fortifieds that not only the Swan can produce but Australia, ie Liquer Verdelho, Shiraz, Pedro Ximenes  and a 30 yr old Tawny. All wines are vegan-friendly, made using traditional methods and biodynamic.

Talijancich remains one of the region’s few producers dedicated to using only Swan Valley fruit, delivering wines of authenticity, provenance, and distinction.

This is a unique opportunity to take a masterclass in fortified wine production and taste some of the most complex wines currently in the market place.
