Produced in the Italian village of Callamandrana, Oscar 697 Vermouth Rosso is made using the exclusive n°697 recipe. The recipe carefully complies with Italian vermouth production guidelines. The burnt red colouring is achieved naturally by using burnt sugar, without artificial dyes or synthetic caramel flavours.
Tasting Notes: Burnt red colouring. Licorice, absinthe and rhubarb are powerful on the nose and the palate.
Serving Suggestion: Sip Oscar 697 Vermouth Rosso on the rocks, shake into a cocktail or combine with your next mixology session.
