This delicious Gamay comes from a vineyard planted on pierre bleue - blue granite. Robin gives the grapes a one week whole bunch maceration before pressing in his traditional basket press.
Elevage in tank. The wine is bottled without sulfites or any other additions, fining or filtering. It has wonderful fruit, a lush texture, a beautifully crafted wine from a winemaker with a natural talent.
