100% Bobal. The grapes come from old vines that rise on clay/calcareous soils. Harvesting is all done by hand, short maceration and aged in steel tanks.
A brighter, fresher expression of Bobal, with crunchy structure and red fruit. A strong acid line, on the bolder side and medium tannins. Think cherries and roses.
