Bush vine Tempranillo sourced from an amazing vineyard in Frankland River. The fruit was hand picked, crushed and destemmed to open fermenter and hand plunged twice daily. It was then basket pressed to French oak and allowed to age for up to 12 months prior to bottling. Black cherry, aniseed, vanilla and tobacco leaf.
