A terrific year for Pinot Noir and it shows in every aspect of this wine. Light to medium density with purple edges. Lifted smokey, dark cherry and pastille aromas that keep you returning to smell them. Perfect ‘sweet fruit’ flavours on the initial palate and then a slight maraschino cherry note. Sweet oak and juicy acidity give a long lasting flavour combination.
A wine of unrestrained pleasure and can be enjoyed in the short term or over the next few years.
