Penfolds Bin 389 Cabernet Shiraz 2017 red wine blend
Penfolds is one of the worlds and Australia’s, most celebrated, awarded, famed and respected wine houses, making them one of the best. A selection of their wines have won multiple perfect scores from the world’s most influential reviewers.
Penfolds pride themselves on consistency and style across their vintages.
Bin 389 is often referred to as 'Baby Grange', in part because components of the wine are matured in the same barrels that held the previous vintage of Grange.
The palate is full and rich, flavours of a platter of charcuterie meats and pastrami dominate.
Also vying for taste and textural attention are pomegranate, cranberry, Madagascan vanilla pod, liquorice straps.
