The Holy Trinity is a traditional blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre. The fruit for this wine is Barossa grown, predominantly handpicked from old, dry-grown vines which range from 35 to 90 years old. The 2014 vintage produced in the Barossa saw through excellent ripening conditions with above average rainfall, a cool winter and a dry spring, resulting in good ripeness and impressive flavour profiles development. This release is a blend of 38.2% Grenache, 36.4% Shiraz and 25.4% Mourvèdre.
