La Guinelle produces artisinal vinegars in the traditional way of the region of Banyuls, Barrel fermented and finished in demijohn these are beautiful products, highly prized by some of the finest chefs in France and are exceedingly limited.
This is a wonderful example of a true Banyuls red vinegar made from 100% Grenache Noir made from wine that is over ten years old. This vinegar has many uses especially to brighten up a tomato salad in peak tomato season.
