The vines at Barton & Barton are maintained mostly by hand and fruit is individually selected in batches prior to crushing and cool fermenting in open vessels to preserve an evenly ripened, full fruit style and character. Their wines are matured in a careful balance of new and seasoned oak barrels to develop a smooth and classic finish.
