Apperance: Dark red with vivid purple hues.
Aroma: Plums and blackberry fruit jump out of the glass, followed by delicate hints of black pepper. Chinese five spice and subtle char.
Palate: TA classic cool climate style of Shiraz, the wine is medium bodied with flavours of plum, mulberry and subtle spice. Lovely fine tannins and fresh acidity drive the wine through your palate. The whole bunch inclusion brings complexity and spice leaving you with an intense mouth-filling and salivating finish.
