Bird in Hand Bush Syrah from the award winning Adelaide Hills Wine Region in South Australia.
Deep red in colour with bright purple hues, this wine exhibits lifted and intense aromatics, with ripe and spicy dark fruit characters of blackberry and black plum mixed with a touch of pepper and vanilla bean. A full bodied, elegant wine it shows a balanced acidity and silky tannins culminating in a long finish on the palate.
This beautiful red wine from the Adelaide regionn can be aged for up to five years.
