Curator Wine Co Hamlets Shiraz produced in the award winning Barossa Valley wine region, South Australia.
Hamlets Shiraz (previously known as Parishes Shiraz) is a blend from different sub region or “Hamlets” where Curator Wine Co grow and buy grapes from across the Barossa Valley. Predominantly from their Marananga vineyard front block of Shiraz (two different clones) along with Shiraz from a 50 year old Vine Vale vineyard. There also is small amounts from Stone Well and Hallet Valley.
Beautifully ripe and inviting, the fragrant bouquet shows blackberry, mulberry, vanilla and cake spice aromas, followed by a wonderfully weighted palate that’s plump and flavoursome. The wine offers a beautiful layered mouthfeel together with velvety tannins, finishing delectable and lingering. At it’s best – now to 2030.
