An experiment new to the ‘DaBois’ range in 2018. A white wine masquerading as a light red.
This is Semillon fermented on Pinot Gris skins. Unfined and unfiltered. This will confuse your senses and delight your tastebuds. Best served slightly chilled or at room temp. Spicy, dry and delicious.
