Clase Azul San Luis Mezcal captures the rare balance between raw desert strength and refined craftsmanship. Born in the arid highlands of San Luis Potosí, this mezcal expresses a landscape of extremes—where mineral-rich soil, wild agave, and ancient techniques converge to create a spirit that is both powerful and sophisticated.
Unlike traditional mezcal regions, San Luis Potosí offers a dramatically different terroir. Here, wild Salmiana agave matures slowly under intense sun and scarce rainfall, developing a bold, herbaceous character.
The agave is cooked in underground stone ovens, crushed with a tahona, and distilled in copper stills using methods passed down through generations. Each bottle is finished in a handcrafted decanter inspired by the red desert soils of the region, celebrating the union of land, time, and artistry.
