Botrytis Riesling dessert white wine produced by Singlefile, a 5 Star winery rated by the James Halliday Wine Companion is from WA's local award winning Great Southern Region.
Something properly sweet for Christmas, this wine displays aromas of apricot, mandarin and dried orange peel.
It is medium bodied, with a richness and textured mouthfeel yet with a delicacy at the same time. It has complexity and length of flavour with a good acidity to finish.
Delicious with soft cheeses, fruits and charcuterie - a dessert wine through and through.
