Displays a striking steely white colour with some youthful green tinges. The vibrant and lifted aromas of gooseberries and citrus fruits coupled with a touch of toasted French oak, and grassy notes.
The fruit characters make way for a textured and savoury palate containing passion fruit and subtle grapefruit flavours. These flavours are further enhanced by hints of spicy vanilla oak and melon. All the elements together lead to a long and crisp finish. A perfect summer wine!
