Macallan 18YO Double Cask Single Malt Whisky 700mL
Made by blending 18-year-old whisky from European and American oak casks, both of which are seasoned with sherry, this is a warming, sweet single malt and the pinnacle of Macallan's Double Cask range. The nose is rich in dried fruit, ginger and toffee. Rich orange with hints of clove and nutmeg. The palate shows off rich raisin and sultana with notes of caramel, vanilla and ginger, balanced by wood spice and zesty citrus. The finish is warm in ginger turning to sweet orange and citrus, with a lingering and creamy mouth feel.
