Sylvain Martinez Goutte d'O chenin blanc
This is monumental, dry chenin blanc from a magical vineyard in Anjou.
Softly spoken super star Sylvain Martinez farms only about three hectares and makes some of our favourite wine in the entire Loire Valley.
This chenin blanc is very deep, serious and mineral and is grown in schist soils in Martigne-Briand.
Serve at about 8-9C and allow to warm a little in a nice glass. Enjoy with young goat’s cheese or old, hard cow’s milk cheese or of course oysters and seafood.
