Old vine Yallingup fruit that was hand picked and cooled before gentle pressing. Fermented in stainless steel only to showcase the natural fruit characters of the variety and then bottles early to retain its youthful vibrancy.
A dry style wine packed with sweet fruit flavours of nectarine, rockmelon, kiwi fruit and ripe pear. The wine has zippy acidity and a slight slipperiness to its texture which really compliments spicy foods.
