Wolf Blass Eaglehawk Riesling is a lovely, fresh white wine, with pure, lifted aromas of citrus, florals and hints of Turkish delight. The palate is rich and rounded with a fine acid line, good length and a generous, refreshing finish.
Riesling pairs well with fish, shellfish, sushi, chicken, turkey, Thai and Vietnamese flavours, salads, citrus, apple and light pork dishes. Eaglehawk Riesling is great with Niçoise salad, or barbecued seafood.
