Prepare for full-on tropical assault. This one’s a sun-soaked, fruit-punched ride straight out of the Rocky Ridge IPA playbook. A Flaming Dragon of a beer containing such dubious amounts of hops, there’s hops playing hops disguised as other hops.
This IPA hits you immediately with a tropical fruit punch and a dank undercurrent of pine and berry. The hop bill is next-level, running, Rakau, Simcoe Cryo and Dynaboost plus Manilita hops from Freestyle. All layered with precision to bring bound thiols into the spotlight.
Our secret weapon? SH-45 yeast from Fermentis. A lager strain that loves to release those bound thiols lurking in the hops, giving the tropical notes extra punch and clarity.
Super light malt body lets the hops dominate: pine, berries, juicy tropical fruit, and just enough bitterness to keep the palate alive.
Hops on hops on hops. This beer is straight up tropical thunder in a glass!
