Wester Australian Chenin Blanc Sparkling has been made only from pristine cold – pressed free run juice fractions. Its fresh in the glass with a fine creamy palate, tight bead and a fine mousse.
Sitting out in the breaks, watching the ocean sparkle, you understand the lure and attraction that brings to mind the songs of mermaids. Pale straw with a vibrant green gold hue, this wine displays fresh fruit characters on the nose with a light toastiness. The palate is soft and fruity leading to a crisp natural finish.
