Ayala Brut Majeur Champagne. Ayala, a Champagne house founded in 1860 and a supplier of the British royal family since 1908 create champagnes of great purity and balance. With eco-friendly initiatives and small vats allowing for extreme precision, the result is high quality champagne in limited quantities.
On the palate, it is well balanced and shows great finesse and complexity.
Pinot Noir gives the wine richness and a long finish while Chardonnay, from the finest soils of the Côte des Blancs, adds delicacy, liveliness and freshness.
Pinot Meunier, mainly from the Marne Valley, gives the wine an appealing fruitiness and roundness.
