Benoît Déhu La Rue des Noyers Blanc de Noirs is a distinctive grower Champagne made from 100% Pinot Meunier grown biodynamically in Fossoy.
Yellow apple, pear and white stone fruit are layered with almond, lemon peel, chalk, dried herbs and a subtle smoky note.
The palate is dry, concentrated and vinous, with creamy texture, firm mineral tension and a long, savoury finish.
