Carbonic Pinot Noir with bubbles from Magpie Springs (the Pinot, not the bubbles). Fresh. So alive. Poised but carefree. Can’t get enough.

Pét-Nats aren't usually known for their complexity, but this is one of the more interesting versions of the Pét-Nat wine style you are going to find.
The Bright Young Thing is made from Pinot Noir grown by Steve Thomas in the Adelaide Hills. They've backed off on the fizz and doubled down on the funk.
It's a crazy and fresh little thing that's going to thrill those who want a bit more grunt in their red(ish) fizz this Summer.
