An untamed colourful bubbles that looks like a wine you could eat with your eyes! Such a glorious fuchsia colour, that's an inimitably young pretty Pinot Noir. Be careful when you open, as it has a lot of bubbles to show off! The nose doesn't disappoint, bright playdough scented red cherries and lip smacking red fruits. The bubbles here are aggressive, mouth-filling and fun, just bursting with starburst cherry and lemony acidity. Its got a crazy natural texture too, with a skinsy apple crunch only a young fresh wine can give. Picnic pét-nat at its best.
