100% PX dessert wine made with non-fortified Euro Sticky wine in mind - in the vein of somewhere between Passito & Sauternes.
NV blend of two vintages - 60% of ’20 uber sweet raisined PX fermented out till naturally stopping with deep residual sugar + 40% of ’21 orange wine PX made bright & oxidative style. Sweet pickled apricot & marmalade vibes with low ABV of 10.5% - 500ml
