The 2023 Cherubino Block 7 Shiraz from Frankland River is a single-vineyard wine from the Riversdale estate, crafted as part of the Ovale range. Aromas of spicy oak, red berries, and crushed herbs lead into a savoury palate of plum and cherry, supported by earthy tannins and youthful intensity. Medium to full-bodied and elegantly structured, this Shiraz is approachable now but will reward cellaring through to 2030. A natural match for grilled lamb, roast meats, or aged cheddar.
