Dance With The Devil Cabernet Sauvignon red wine
Devil's Lair is world famous for its top quality wines produced in our local WA award winning Margaret River Region using low carbon footprint methods and engaging in biodiversity.
This Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested from southern Margaret River vineyard. A combination of cane and spur pruned vines together with selected sites, extra time on skins and a small inclusion of Malbec has given this wine a lovely savoury mouthfeel and perfumed aroma. This wine was matured in a mixture of new and old French oak barriques for 16 months.
