Paul Chavy Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Damodes is a deep, finely structured Pinot Noir from one of the appellation’s most highly regarded Premier Cru sites, bordering Vosne-Romanée. Concentrated blackberry and dark plum are layered with spice, floral detail, subtle toast and a touch of mocha. Ripe tannins and fresh acidity give the palate both richness and poise, carrying the dark fruit through a long, elegant finish.
