Dujac Fils & Père Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Aux Cras 2023 is a refined, expressive Pinot Noir showing raspberry, alpine strawberry and red cherry, layered with earthy spice, subtle florals and a gentle savoury edge. The palate is supple and finely textured, with fresh acidity and firm but polished tannins giving excellent balance and length. Youthful now, it has the structure and depth to develop beautifully with further cellaring.
