Coming from a selection of organically farmed Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan and Clairette Rose from 60 years old venerable old vines, with some white grapes added in the odd vintage or so. Just like in the vineyard, work in the cellar is consecrated to the most devout natural ethos, with spontaneous fermentation, no fining, filtration or added SO2. This is wine of almost mystical power, capable of transcending definitions and dimensions: crushed violets and dried hibiscus with tamarind and Calvados, spiced Morello cherries, light and dancing tannins with dried mulberry and rhubarb.
