Earthy cherry fruit leads the way, lifted by subtle florals and spice from around 25% whole-bunch fermentation.
The palate is bright and energetic, with fresh acidity, fine-grained tannins and a light-to-medium-bodied feel that keeps the wine vibrant and savoury.
Sourced from 30-plus-year-old vines at Settlers Ridge Organic Vineyard in Wilyabrup, the wine spends around a month on skins before the free-run portion is matured for 10 months in seasoned oak.
The finish is clean and persistent, balancing juicy red fruit with gentle earthiness and fine structure.
