Totally opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Scented aromas of black raspberries, liquorice, dark plum and a dash of ripe blueberry overlays vanillin oak, a hint of earth and spicy pepper end notes. Ripe, slightly chewy tannins and vibrant acidity provide ample structure. Excellent length with a long spicy black raspberry, liquorice, plum, blueberry, vanillin oak, subtle earth and white pepper infused aftertaste.
