Castle Rock Shiraz 2021 red wine
Castle Rock is situated within the award winning Porongurup Wine Region, in WA's Great South.
A savoury and balanced palate, filled with plum fruit, black olive and a thread of black pepper spice woven through. This wine provides power and drive yet, wonderful restraint thanks to a bright acid backbone balanced by firm structural tannins reminding us of its cool climate origins. High-quality French oak adds a lick of char to the palate and blends well with the depth of the fruit flavour. The wine is youthful and poised with great length.
