Flametree Shiraz 2018 was awarded 93 points by James Halliday Wine Companion. Flametree Wines are a pillar of the Margaret River wine region.
Using certain techniques to provide more perfume drive, and less emphasis on the power of the wine has allowed for this Shiraz to pleasantly surprise our panel.
A complex nose with floral notes, strawberries & raspberries, cocoa powder.
The pallet offers a hint of lime while providing a slightly meaty grip, with savoury notes of pepper and spices.
