LS Merchants Waldron Syrah red wine Shiraz was produced in WA's local award winning Margaret River Region. Favouring minimal intervention and a back to basics approach to create boutique high quality wines.
2 different clones of shiraz, from the same vineyard, made in the same way and bottled individually.
The Waldron clone is more delicate than the #470. Also known as the Heritage Clone, originating from Hawkes Bay, NZ.
It typically produces wines that are rich and full-bodied with high alcohol and acidity.
Bouquet: Bright Ruby, Sarsaparilla, Blue Fruits
Palate: Silky, Red Creaming Soda, Pepper and Spice
