LAS Vino
Strawberries and cream in a bottle may be a tall order but that's what LAS Vino set out to do. To achieve this they handpicked Pinot Noir (80%) and Chardonnay (10%) . Naturally fermenting the juice to preserve the primary flavours. This year LAS Vino also added Pinot Noir Juice fermented on Chardonnay skins for litte extra chutzpah!
The wine developed for 10 months in French Oak, going through a full secondary ferment for creaminess and was hand stirred for added complexity. Nothing was added to this wine except a little sulfur.
