Sorelle Palazzi Rosato
Yuuuum! Sangiovese rose from Tuscan producer Sorelle Palazzi. Even though this wine is darker in colour it is still savoury and dry. Secondary flavours abound from the glass, dried herbs and timber, alongside the red fruits and spice typical of Sangiovese. If you're a bit sick of Provence Rose's than I highly recommend this beauty to change it up. - Chris L
