Poor Toms Strawberry Gin is made with the tastiest fresh strawberries the crew at Poor Toms can find along with young ginger and hibiscus flowers (for colour) all steeped in a batch of Sydney Dry Gin. These ingredients impart their bright, lifted flavours and aromas and create the Poor Toms Strawberry Gin’s beautiful pink hue. Then, the late addition of intensified cardamom and cubeb (or “Java”) pepper distillates to help elevate the delicate sweetness of the strawberry. Unlike many flavoured Gins, this is bone-dry—no sugar is added.
