Four Pillars Christmas Gin 2025
This is Four Pillars’ limited-edition, annual Christmas Gin release — a festive tribute blending the warmth of Christmas pudding with the craft of fine gin. It’s a heartfelt homage to co-founder Cameron Mackenzie’s mother, Wilma, and the family tradition of making her 1968 Australian Women’s Weekly Christmas pudding every Derby Day.
Rich and luscious, with dried-fruit character from sultanas, currants and citrus peel. There’s a subtle sweetness, thanks to maturation in old Muscat barrels, and a gentle woody, lightly fortified wine quality.
Best enjoyed neat or over ice, allowing the rich, muscat-aged character to shine. It also works beautifully in cocktails: mix with ginger beer (or ginger ale) and a squeeze of lime for a “Christmas Mule” style serve. Great as a twist in classic gin cocktails — think a seasonal Martinez, or even as a more festive take on a gin flip, leveraging its pudding-like sweetness.
