Another impressive South Australian shiraz from the lineup. This wine wowed us with its vibrant fruit, generous texture and excellent balance. Blackberry, mulberry and ripe plum are layered with boysenberry, dark chocolate, cedar and spice, while hints of cracked pepper and savoury charcuterie add complexity. Plush yet energetic, it has supple tannins and a long, pure finish that reflects the intensity and freshness of the excellent 2024 Barossa vintage. Pair with slow-cooked beef, steak, smoky barbecue ribs or aged cheeses.
