The Swell Season Chardonnay 2025 impressed us unanimously in the blind tasting with its freshness, refinement and ability to deliver well beyond its price. Pithy grapefruit and juicy citrus are complemented by gentle oak and a subtle mineral edge. Wild fermentation, lees stirring and 10 months in French oak add generosity and texture, while bright acidity keeps the palate focused and beautifully composed through the lingering finish. Pair with grilled fish, roast chicken, creamy pasta or soft cheeses. A perfect Summer Chardonnay!
